These Terms govern your use of Dewel Books (dewelbooks.com), a service of Dewel Network LLC, a California company (“Dewel,” “we,” “us”). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Dewel Books offers short audio summaries, originals, and stories. Some content is free; some is premium and available through a one-time purchase.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure and let us know of any unauthorized use.

Purchases

• Premium items are sold as one-time purchases at the price shown, in U.S. dollars.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
• A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to stream that item for your own use. You do not acquire ownership of the content, and you may not download, copy, redistribute, or publicly share it.

Refunds

Purchases unlock digital content immediately, so sales are generally final. If something isn’t working or you were charged in error, contact us at support@dewelnetwork.com and we’ll make it right where we can. This does not affect any refund rights you may have under applicable law.

Acceptable use

Use Dewel Books only for lawful, personal purposes. Don’t attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent access controls on the content or the service.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and software are owned by Dewel Network LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dewel Network LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
